Edna E. Tryon

     Edna E. Tryon was born on 9 May 1868 at Moira, Franklin Co, New York.^1,2 She was the daughter of Luther R. Tryon and Helen M. Owen. Edna E. Tryon died on 18 March 1924 at Hilliard, Nassau Co, Florida, at age 55.^3,1,4 She was buried on 24 March 1924 at Moira Cemetery, Moira, Franklin Co, New York; The Malone Farmer indicated she was buried the 24th, which this writer in inclined to use. Florida's death certificate indicates burial was 20 March 1924.^5,4
     In 1910, Edna went to Florida, along with her brother "Lon" and Fred and his family. Fred returned and she remained behind with Lon who was ill. He died in 1920 and she brought his remains home to New York and went back to Florida.
She was survived by her stepmother. Alma Tryon of Concord, NH, and brother F.L. Tryon of Regis Falls.²
