     Georgietta A. Armstrong was born on 18 December 1870 at New York.3 She was the daughter of George W. Armstrong and Almira Combs.2 Georgietta A. Armstrong married Frederick Luther Tryon, son of Luther R. Tryon and Helen M. Owen, on 17 December 1890 at Moira, Franklin Co, New York; They were married at the residence of Julius Tryon by Rev. M.D. Sill, of the Methodist Church.4,5 Georgietta A. Armstrong died on 9 April 1959 at Augusta Co, Virginia, at age 88.3 She was buried at Mount Carmel Presbyterian Cemetery, Steeles Tavern, Augusta Co, Virginia.3
