     Catherine Carrigan was born circa 1791 at Quebec; It's not known who raised her before marrying John Reynolds. Both parents had passed by the time she was about ten years old.1 She was the daughter of Paul Carrigan and Mary Scott. Catherine Carrigan married John D. Reynolds on 21 January 1810 at Isle La Motte, Grand Isle Co, Vermont; The marriage was recorded 2 Sept 1811.2 Catherine Carrigan died on 13 September 1870 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont.3,4 She was buried at Reynolds Cemetery, So. Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont.5
