Nancy Slater

     Nancy Slater was born in February 1836 at New York.² She married ? Renn before 1872; 1880 census shows dau born ca 1872. Nancy Slater married Myron Monroe Tryon, son of Abel Tryon and Sarah Lewis, on 3 September 1876 at Bushnell, Montcalm Co, Michigan; Myron was a resident of Evergreen, while Nancy was of Sheridan.^3,1 Nancy Slater died on 3 November 1912 at South Lyon, Lyon, Oakland Co, Michigan, at age 76; Nancy died of cirrhosis of the liver, an had been tended to by her doctor, Dr. Millman, from January through the time of her death n November, 1912.^4,2 She was buried on 6 November 1912 at South Lyon Cemetery, South Lyon, Oakland Co, Michigan.⁴
