     Henrich Derick was born on 18 June 1784 at Brunswick, Rensselaer Co, New York.1 He was the son of Wilhelm Derick and Margaret Van derWerken. Henrich Derick was baptized on 25 June 1784 at Gilead Lutheran Church, Brunswick, Rensselaer Co, New York.1 He married Anna Maria Young, daughter of Jacob Young and Catherina Brust, on 12 October 1806 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont. Henrich Derick died on 10 May 1876 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec, at age 91.2 He was buried at St Thomas' Cemetery, Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2
