     Lucina Vosburgh was born on 9 December 1840 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont. She was the daughter of Henry Vosburgh and Jane Ann Manning. Lucina Vosburgh married Ira Young, son of Samuel Young and Margaret Derby, on 11 May 1859 at Alburg, Grand Isle Co, Vermont.1 Lucina Vosburgh died on 2 February 1909 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec, at age 68.2 She died at Sherbrooke (Quebec) Daily Record" - 5 Feb, 1909, Malone, Franklin Co, New York; "Mrs. Ira Young of Noyan: Another old resident passed away in the person of Mrs. Ira Young after a few weeks illness at the home of her daughter Mrs. Williamson of Malone, NY whither she and her daughter Ella had gone but a few weeks previous to spend the winter. Deceased was in her 70th year. Mrs. Young was a loving parent, a kind neighbour and an arden Christian worker. The funeral was conducted by Rev. Mr. Nelson, Pastor of Clarenceville Methodist Church. A large concourse of sorrowing relatives assembled to pay their last tribute of respect. She leaves 4 daughters - Mrs. Williamson of Malone, NY; Mrs. E. Beerwort of Clarenceville; Mrs. Ed Hislop of this place (Noyan); Miss Ella Young also 1 son - Mr. Milton Young of Waltham, Mass. besides other numberous relatives and friends." She was buried on 4 February 1909 at Missisquoi Co, Quebec.3
