     Francis Willis Young was born on 2 August 1867 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 He was the son of William Henry Young and Nancy Cochrane. Francis Willis Young was baptized on 16 September 1867 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 He married Lillian M. Burbank on 18 February 1890 at Harvard, McHenry Co, Illinois.2 Francis Willis Young died on 15 June 1951 at Muskogee, Muskogee Co, Oklahoma, at age 83.3 He was buried at Mt Auburn Cemetery, Harvard, Mchenry Co, Illinois.3
     He appeared on the census of 6 June 1900 at Division St, Chemung Township, Harvard, McHenry Co, Illinois; Frank Young, 32, Lillian, 32 and Madelon, 9. Frank and Lillian had been married for 10 years with one child, still living. Frank came to the US in 1886, and was in the livery business.4 He appeared on the census of 4 April 1930 at Emporia St, Muskogee, Muskogee Co, Oklahoma; Frank Young, 62, Lillian M., 62, and Annie A Burbank, mother-in-law, 91.5
