George Nokes

George Nokes was born circa 1806. He married Rebecca Longeway, daughter of Nicholas Longeway and Hannah Rowe, on 28 September 1835 at St Armand Methodist Church, St Armand, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 George Nokes died on 9 June 1866 at Papineau Co, Quebec.2 He was buried at St Stephens Anglican Cemetery, Buckingham, Papineau Co, Quebec; The record says he was 50 years old when he died.2
