Rachel Covey was born circa 1804 at Quebec. She was the daughter of Samuel Covey Jr. and Permelia Burr. Rachel Covey married James Douglas after 1820. Rachel Covey married John Vosburgh, son of Bartholomew Vosburgh and Margaret Derick, after 1831. Rachel Covey died on 7 February 1861 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She was buried on 9 February 1861 at Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2
