Nathaniel Mayo was born circa 1627 at England.¹ He was the son of John Mayo Jr and Tamesin Brike. Nathaniel Mayo married Hannah Prence, daughter of Thomas Prence and Patience Brewster, on 14 February 1648/49 at Eastham, Barnstable Co, Massachusetts.^2,1 Nathaniel Mayo died after 19 December 1661.¹
