Elizabeth Mayo was born circa 1632.1 She was the daughter of John Mayo Jr and Tamesin Brike. Elizabeth Mayo married Joseph Howes circa 1653. Elizabeth Mayo died on 16 March 1700/1 at Yarmouth, Barnstable Co, Massachusetts.1
