     Oliver Mandigo was born on 17 August 1821 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 He was the son of Levi Mandigo and Elizabeth Boomhower. Oliver Mandigo was baptized on 31 July 1828 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 He married Ann Mary Longeway, daughter of John Longeway and Phoebe Almira Wait, on 16 October 1849 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.3
