     Thomas Johnson was born on 2 July 1746 at Shrewsbury, Worcester Co, Massachusetts. He was the son of Zebediah Johnson and Esther (?). Thomas Johnson married Elizabeth Smith, daughter of Ephraim Smith and Hannah Rice, on 24 September 1771 at Shrewsbury, Worcester Co, Massachusetts.1
