     Levi Edwin Mandigo was born on 19 August 1846 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec. He was the son of Hiram Mandigo and Anna Partlow. Levi Edwin Mandigo was baptized on 20 July 1847 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; Clarenceville Methodist Church. He married Matilda Jane Mandigo, daughter of Morey Mandigo and Mary Townsend Nokes, on 24 February 1874 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1
