Morey Mandigo was born on 1 July 1812 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec. He was the son of Levi Mandigo and Elizabeth Boomhower. Morey Mandigo was baptized on 31 July 1828 at St George's Anglican Church, Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec. He married Mary Townsend Nokes, daughter of Stephen Nokes and Jane Longeway, on 23 January 1838 at St Armand Methodist Church, St Armand, Missisquoi Co, Quebec. Morey Mandigo died on 14 December 1893 at Stanstead, Stanstead Co, Quebec, at age 81.¹ He was buried on 16 December 1893 at Beebe Village Cemetery, Beebe, Stanstead Co, Quebec.¹
