     Maria Louisa Mandigo was born on 18 October 1845 at Philipsburg, Missisquoi Co, Quebec. She was the daughter of Phillip W. Mandigo and Harriet Eliza Stevens. Maria Louisa Mandigo was baptized on 15 June 1852 at St Armand, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; St Armand Methodist Church. She married George Allen.1 Maria Louisa Mandigo died on 25 January 1913 at Lowell, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts, at age 67.1
