     John Hastings was born on 1 March 1654 at Watertown, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of Thomas Hastings and Margaret Cheney. John Hastings married Abigail Hammond on 18 June 1679 at Watertown, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts.2 John Hastings died on 28 March 1718 at age 64.1
