Henry Phillips was born on 9 February 1808. He was the son of Seth Phillips and Catherine (?). Henry Phillips was baptized on 21 September 1809 at Caldwell's Manor, (now Missisquoi Co), Quebec; Rev. Stewart's records on the Manors through 1815.
