     Frances Adelia Mosher was born on 9 July 1847 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She was the daughter of John Mosher and Amelia Flagg. Frances Adelia Mosher was baptized on 21 August 1858 at Noyan Anglican Church, Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 She married John Bullock, son of John Bullock and Harriet Dent, on 27 February 1866 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.3 Frances Adelia Mosher died on 13 June 1931 at Missisquoi Co, Quebec, at age 83.4 She was buried at Union Cemetery, Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.5
