Ethel Myrtle Mandigo was born on 18 September 1884 at Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She was the daughter of William Turner Mandigo and Martha Salls. Ethel Myrtle Mandigo was baptized on 27 January 1885 at Clarenceville Methodist Church, Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 She married Simeon Roy on 5 December 1906 at St Michael's, Sherbrooke, Sherbrooke Co, Quebec.
