     Andrew Wheeler was born on 19 July 1840.1 He was the son of William Wheeler and Melvina Gibbs. Andrew Wheeler was baptized on 30 April 1841 at Franklin Centre, Huntingdon Co, Quebec.1 He died on 2 March 1916 at Newport, Orleans Co, Vermont, at age 75.
