George Trepania

     George Trepania was born on 31 March 1838 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; His birth year is as 1838, with Eliza Simpson as his mother at his baptism, but John and Eliza did not marry until 1842.¹ He was the son of John Trepania and Eliza Simpson. George Trepania was baptized on 16 August 1868 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.² He was baptized on 16 August 1868 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; Clarenceville Anglican Church. He married Matilda Elizabeth LaPorte on 29 December 1854. George Trepania married Mary Pamela Dent, daughter of Robert Thompson Dent and Mary Covey, circa 1860. George Trepania died in January 1908 at age 69. He was buried in January 1908 at Greenwood Cemetery, St Albans, Franklin Co, Vermont.
