     Sally Maria Derick was born on 1 November 1809 at (now Missisquoi Co), Quebec. She was the daughter of Philip Derick Jr and Barbara Young. Sally Maria Derick was baptized on 1 June 1813 at Caldwell's Manor, (now Missisquoi Co), Quebec.1 She married David Derby in 1829.2 Sally Maria Derick died on 16 April 1884 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec, at age 74.3 She was buried at Third Concession Cemetery, Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.3
