Frederick Uriah Derick

     Frederick Uriah Derick was born on 30 April 1833 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec. He was the son of Frederick Derick and Sarah Griggs. Frederick Uriah Derick was baptized on 3 June 1833; Caldwell's Manor & Christie's Manor Anglican Church. He married Emma Jane Colton, daughter of Daniel Colton and Hannah Curtis, on 2 January 1861 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.¹ Frederick Uriah Derick died on 8 July 1907 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec, at age 74. He was buried at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; Union Cemetery.
