     Sarah Cook was born at Portsmouth, Newport Co, Rhode Island. She was the daughter of John Cook and Mary Borden. Sarah Cook married Thomas Wait Jr, son of Thomas Wait and Eleanor (?), circa 1678 at Portsmouth, Newport Co, Rhode Island.1 Sarah Cook died after 1733.1
