     Ellen Elizabeth Covey was born on 8 January 1867 at Franklin Centre, Huntingdon Co, Quebec.1 She was born on 8 January 1859 at Franklin Centre, Huntingdon Co, Quebec.2,3 She was the daughter of John Young Covey and Roxana Hunter. Ellen Elizabeth Covey was baptized on 19 August 1880 at Franklin Centre Methodist Church, Franklin Centre, Huntingdon Co, Quebec, by Rev. Silas J. Hughes.4 She married Charles H. Covey, son of Stephen Covey and Eliza Jane Partlow. Ellen Elizabeth Covey died on 24 May 1928 at Swanton, Franklin Co, Vermont, at age 61.2
     The 1910 census of Alburg, Grand Isle Co, Vermont indicates that Ellen Elizabeth Covey was the mother of six children, with only four still living at that time.
