Henry Covey was born on 6 April 1831 at Russelltown, Huntingdon Co, Quebec.1 He was the son of James Covey and Mary Salway. Henry Covey was baptized on 24 March 1846 at Russelltown Methodist Church, Russelltown, Huntingdon Co, Quebec, by Rev. M. McDonald.2
