Florian Morrison

     Florian Morrison was born in February 1870 at Covey Hill, Huntingdon Co, Quebec.^2,3 He was the son of Horace Morrison and Mary Ann Covey.¹ Florian Morrison married Emogene Covey, daughter of William Covey and Fanny Adelia Wells, circa 1887. Florian Morrison died on 6 January 1909 at Ellenburg, Clinton Co, New York, at age 38; Florian died at his home of Bright's disease. "Although poor in this world's goods, he had th erespect of his neighbors and friends. He leaves...a widow, ten children, three brothers, two sisters and a mother."³ He was buried on 8 January 1909 at Sheldon Hill Cemetery, Clinton Co, New York.³
