     Otis Covey was born in March 1883 at Ellenburg, Clinton Co, New York; Otis Covey was 16, boarding with the Sunderland family in Mooers.1 He was the son of William Covey and Susan G. Covey. Otis Covey died on 26 July 1905 at Ellenburg, Clinton Co, New York, after he was kicked in the head by a horse.2
