She married Henry Covey, son of George Covey and Nancy McGregor, on 10 January 1874 at New York.¹ Emma Chase died on 18 July 1890 at Old Forge, Lewis Co, New York, at age 30; Covey Cousins, Sept 2000, p. 6. She was buried at Watson, Lewis Co, New York; Beeches Bridge Cemetery.
