     George John Rowe was born on 6 August 1824.1 He was the son of George Rowe and Elizabeth Beerwort. George John Rowe married Mary Eliza Young, daughter of Philip Young and Rachel Keet, on 11 October 1848 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 George John Rowe died on 27 April 1887 at Missisquoi Co, Quebec, at age 62.3 He was buried at Union Cemetery, Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.3
