Phineas Hough was born on 11 April 1714 at Wallingford, New Haven Co, Connecticut. He was the son of James Hough and Hannah Clark. Phineas Hough married Hannah Austin, daughter of John Austin and Prudence Royce, on 5 January 1737 at Wallingford, New Haven Co, Connecticut. Phineas Hough married Sarah ? (?) on 22 October 1779 at Wallingford, New Haven Co, Connecticut. Phineas Hough married Lydia (?) after 1791. Phineas Hough died on 11 September 1797 at age 83.
