     Harold Eugene Stoddard was born on 7 May 1898 at Ludlow, Windsor Co, Vermont.1 He was the son of Eugene Lovell Stoddard and Bessie May Mandigo. Harold Eugene Stoddard married Mary Jane Dean on 1 August 1923.1 Harold Eugene Stoddard died on 12 May 1972 at Vermont at age 74. He was buried at Ludlow Cemetery, Ludlow, Windsor Co, Vermont.1
