Miranda M. Williams was born on 3 June 1834 at Vermont.1,2 She married John Riley Covey, son of John M. Covey and Jennett Curry, on 20 November 1854 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont. Miranda M. Williams died on 28 March 1914 at Howard Co, Iowa, at age 79.1 She was buried at New Oregon Cemetery, Cresco, Howard Co, Iowa.1
