     Walter Moore was born circa 1843 at Ormstown, Huntingdon Co, Quebec.1 He was the son of John Moore and Martha Gray. Walter Moore married Sarah Jane Tallman, daughter of Dexter Tallman and Hannah Jeandreau, on 1 January 1867 at M.E. Parsonage, Ellenburg, Clinton Co, New York; Walter A. Moore was of Ellenburgh and Sarah Jane Tallman was of Mooers.2 Walter Moore and Sarah Jane Tallman were divorced before 1892 at Clinton Co, New York. Walter Moore died on 10 August 1918 at Clinton, Clinton Co, New York.1
