     Margaret Salls was born circa 1803 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 She was the daughter of Jacob Salls and Rebecca (?). Margaret Salls married William Darby on 16 June 1822 at Caldwell's Manor, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 Margaret Salls married David Percy on 22 April 1841 at Dunham, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; David "Parcey" was a widow of Dunham.3 Margaret Salls died after 1870 at DeKalb Co, Illinois; Their son David Watson Percy, b. c 1833 Canada was still living in Illinois about 1875. It is likely he didn't move to California until after his parents had died.4
