     Seymour Salls was born on 3 January 1812 at Caldwell's Manor, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 He was the son of George Field Salls and Elizabeth Danford. Seymour Salls was baptized on 8 September 1816 at Caldwell's Manor, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.2 He married Harriet Maria Ellis, daughter of Benjamin Ellis and Hannah (?), on 17 June 1839 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.3 Seymour Salls died on 15 November 1843 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec, at age 31.4 He was buried on 17 November 1843 at Missisquoi Co, Quebec; Witnesses to his burial were A.L. Taylor, brother-in-law and George F. Salls, his father.3
