     Samuel Rice was born circa 1634 at England. He was the son of Deacon Edmund Rice and Thomasine Frost. Samuel Rice was baptized on 12 November 1634 at St Peter's Church, Berkhamstead, Hertford, England.1 He died on 25 February 1684/85 at Marlborough, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts.1
