William Dent

William Dent was born in 1831 at England.1 He married Emily Susanna Saxe, daughter of John Saxe and Emily Ervin Covey, on 21 June 1871 at Dunham, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; Dunham Methodist Church.2 William Dent died on 9 November 1893 at Cowansville, Brome Co, Quebec.3 He was buried on 12 November 1893 at Brome Co, Quebec.3
He appeared on the census of 1881 at Dunham, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; William Dent, 50, Emily, 31, John, 7, Mary, 7, Annetta, 3, and Frederick, 1. Living with them was William's mother, Mary Dent, widow, 76, born England. She belonged to the Church of England, but William and Emily's family belonged to the Methodist church.1
