     Thomas Ashworth was born on 15 November 1874 at Ashton, England.1 He was the son of Robert Ashworth and Sarah Houlgrave. Thomas Ashworth married Florence H. Dean, daughter of James Dean and Frances Shores Smith, on 6 April 1905 at Lowell, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts; The marriage record reads that Thomas was a 29 year old weaver, living in Lowell when he married Florence, 23, who lived at home.1 Thomas Ashworth died on 28 March 1966 at N.E. San. & Hospital, Stoneham, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts, at age 91.2
     He appeared on the census of 1920 at Fall River, Bristol Co, Massachusetts.3 He appeared on the census of 7 April 1930 at 22 Essex Street, Lowell, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts; Thomas Ashworth, 54, and Florence H, 45.4
