Renwick Conrad Tallman was born on 17 March 1882 at Hale, Trempealeau Co, Wisconsin.¹ He was the son of Humphrey Gilbert Tallman and Esther Barnes Boyd. Renwick Conrad Tallman married Anna Joy Bitler.² Renwick Conrad Tallman died in 1959 at Chicago, Cook Co, Illinois.²
On 12 September 1918, Renwick registered for the draft during WW I as a resident of Whitehall, WI. He gave his age as 36, his birthdate, and said he was employed by A.P. Tallman as a blacksmith in Whitehall. He listed his wife, Ann Joy, as his nearest relative, and said he was of medium height with blue eyes and dark brown hair.¹
