     Norbert Scott was born on 11 February 1837 at St Luc, Quebec.1 He was the son of Stephen [Etienne] Scott and Appoline Senecal. Norbert Scott married Onezine Herbert on 6 February 1883 at Cathedral St-Jacque-le-Mineur, Montreal, Quebec.2 Norbert Scott died on 7 October 1900 at St Luc, St Jean Co, Quebec, at age 63.3 He was buried on 9 October 1900 at St Luc, St Jean Co, Quebec.3
