Samuel Budd Covey was born on 21 September 1886 at Athens, Leeds Co, Ontario.1 He was the son of Samuel Covey and Caroline Wood. Samuel Budd Covey married Lillian Moehring on 25 June 1913 at Rochester, Monroe Co, New York; It was a second marriage for Samuel B.
