Charles Grimshaw was born in 1856 at Franklin Centre, Huntingdon Co, Quebec. He was the son of Charles Wesley Grimshaw and Lucinda M. Covey. Charles Grimshaw died on 3 January 1858 at Franklin Centre, Huntingdon Co, Quebec.1 He was buried on 4 January 1858.2
