Chester Grimshaw was born on 3 February 1861 at Franklin Centre, Huntingdon Co, Quebec. He was the son of Charles Wesley Grimshaw and Lucinda M. Covey. Chester Grimshaw was baptized on 7 July 1862 at Franklin Centre, Huntingdon Co, Quebec; Franklin Ctr Methodist Church. He died on 30 November 1940 at age 79.
