Thomas Alfred Clark was born in 1840 at New York.¹ He married Ethie Covey, daughter of Henry Covey and Susan (?), on 28 September 1860 at Clinton, Clinton Co, New York; They were married by H.D. Sunderland, Justice of the Peace.¹ Thomas Alfred Clark died on 27 April 1865 at Flying Hospital, Blank and White Station, Virginia; He died of typhoid fever.¹
