Lucinda Grimshaw married Benjamin Covey, son of Henry Covey and Susan (?), circa 1882; Concerning the marriage, Bill O'Halloran has a most revealing letter dated 3 December 1882, written by his gr-grandmother, Susanna (Grimshaw) Odell to her mother, Lucinda (Covey) Grimshaw and her sister Euphemia. In part, "I must say your letter was very full of news and some surprised me so I could hardly believe it. The idea that Ben Covey would marry a woman as old as Aunt Lucinda is so astonishing."1
