Zephaniah Grimshaw and
Asenath Nokes. Lucinda Grimshaw married
Ezra Isham on 19 December 1857 at
Williston, Chittenden Co, Vermont. Lucinda Grimshaw married
Benjamin Covey, son of
Henry Covey and
Susan (?), circa 1882; Concerning the marriage, Bill O'Halloran has a most revealing letter dated 3 December 1882, written by his gr-grandmother, Susanna (Grimshaw) Odell to her mother, Lucinda (Covey) Grimshaw and her sister Euphemia. In part, "I must say your letter was very full of news and some surprised me so I could hardly believe it. The idea that Ben Covey would marry a woman as old as Aunt Lucinda is so astonishing."
