Rosanna McGee

     Rosanna McGee was born on 9 November 1845 at Covey Hill, Huntingdon Co, Quebec.^1,2 She married Enos Covey, son of Henry Covey and Susan (?), circa 1864 at Quebec. Rosanna McGee died on 3 April 1915 at Clinton Mills, Clinton Co, New York, at age 69.^3,2 She was buried on 5 April 1915 at New York.
     She appeared on the census of 18 April 1891 at Havelock, Huntingdon Co, Quebec; The 1891 census of Havelock, Huntingdon County, Quebec lists Rosannah, a widow, then aged 45, born Quebec (parents b. Ireland and U.S.), sons Benjamin aged 23 and Cornelius aged 20.⁴ She appeared on the census of 1901 at Havelock, Huntingdon Co, Quebec; William Reny Covey was head of the household, aged 36, Rosanna, his mother, 55, and his brother Cornelius, 29.¹ She appeared on the census of 1910 at Clinton, Clinton Co, New York; Rosanna was living with son Cornelius and his wife Etty in 1910 at Clinton, Clinton Co, NY.
