     Isaac Salls was born on 19 March 1775 at New Lebanon, Columbia Co, New York. He was the son of Samuel Salls and Rachel (?). Isaac Salls was baptized on 4 June 1775 at King's District, Columbia Co, New York.1 He married Margaret Doubleday on 3 January 1797 at New Lebanon, Columbia Co, New York; An additional reference was found in St Peter's Episcopal Church of Bennington, Vermont.2 Isaac Salls married Esther Skinner, daughter of John Skinner. Isaac Salls died on 21 September 1862 at New Lebanon, Columbia Co, New York, at age 87.
     He appeared on the census of 12 September 1850 at New Lebanon, Columbia Co, New York; Isaac Salls, 75, Esther, 79, along with Clarinda Betts, 45, a pauper and Margaret Betts, 38.3 He appeared on the census of 20 June 1860 at Canaan, Columbia Co, New York; Isaac Salls, 85, born New York and wife Ester, 89, also born New York.4
