Henry Noblis Taylor was born circa 1824. He married Jane A. Scott, daughter of Thomas Scott Jr and Mary Bullis, on 19 March 1845 at Alburgh, Grand Isle Co, Vermont.1 Henry Noblis Taylor died on 26 April 1856 at Noyan, Missisquoi Co, Quebec. He was buried on 28 April 1856.
